Tune - Up Special 

A Tune - Up is a service preformed to ensure that a water softener system is functioning optimally and efficiently. This service includes: 

  1. Water Test: Our technician will test your water sample for hardness, iron, total dissolved solids, and field arsenic (upon request).
  2. System Evaluation. Our technician will inspect the components like the resin tank, brine tank, valves, and control panel. 
  3. Clean the Injectors. Our technician will clean any sediment or rust that has built up in the injectors.
  4. Adjust Settings. Our technician will calibrate controls to ensure accurate performance.

Disinfection Service

A disinfection is used to address concerns about bacterial or micro-organism contamination. These contaminates can lead to foul odors, clogging and diminished system efficiency. This service includes: 

  • Chlorination: Our technician will introduce chlorine into the brine tank. 
  • Disinfection Cycle: Our technician will will monitor the cycle as chlorine brine is used to disinfect the resin bed. This cycle kills bacteria & prevents their growth in the resin bed as well as other system components.
  • Rinse & Flush: Our technician will utilize a rental rinse cycle to remove any residual chlorine, ensuring that the treated water is safe for use.
